Deserves zero stars.This scale is junk. I had it for 3 months and during those three months it was a total pain. I find it absurd that I should have to "tap" it to turn it on. What's up with that? It's a design flaw if you ask me. And it's not just 1 tap to turn it on, it's 3 taps, and by the third tap your practically stomping on it to turn it on.
So, after 3 months of aggravation it stops working altogether (yes, I replaced the batteries). I'm so sick of companies creating junk that just ends up in a landfill. Companies like these should be severely fined for selling stuff that doesn't last and ends up polluting our planet. I am so utterly appalled by these people.
On the other hand, Amazon was great and let me return this garbage for a refund.
Stylish and easy to readIt looks great and I love the blue light. It makes it easier to read especially in the dark! :) Since it's glass it's a little cold if you step on it with bare feet but that's ok! Work great so faf!

Good Product--Easy to UseI am overweight with two knee replacements, making it difficult to stand on regular sized scales. I was looking for one with accuracy and stability. I have it with this scale and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I found it easy to turn on and easy to read.
Customer Service!!! A++I had originally boughten the scale with the "tap on" technology and both my girlfriend and I could not get the thing to work! I thought that it was going to be another one of those internet buys where you end up frustrated that the product isn't what you thought or that the product doesn't work but, I tried contacting the seller to see if they would resolve the issue by paying for the return shipping and replacing the item. Not even 5 minutes later I get a reponse from the VP William Geronimo saying that I did not have to return the old scale and that he would send a new one with the improved "step on" technology at no charge!!
The experience was great even though I had to wait an extra week to weigh myself! I would highly recomend the product with the "step on" tech and also anything from this particular seller! Also, the scale is extremely accurate as well; I weighed myself on one of those double beam scales at my gym yesterday and got the same number on this digital scale today!
