you get alot for your moneyYou can do alot with band and capsule ball I don't follow the included program but some (especially women) might find it useful.
Fast ResultsI've been alternating the upper and lower body dvds as well as throwing in the abs workout and adding the Code Red a couple times a week for the past 6 weeks. I have also been walking 3-5 miles 3 times a week and closely monitoring my diet.
Results: I am 5'8" and started out at 159 lbs (I have a 5 month old and did absolutely nothing but eat during my pregnancy and got up to 180lbs. My normal weight is around 140lb. I've lost about 15lb and 5 inches in my hips and 3 inches in my waist and I have gained so much energy. In fact, I am about to purchase Chalean's Turbo Fire because I've really come to enjoy working out and I want to take it to the next level.
Now the cons...the music is crummy and Barry can be incredibly obnoxious. I really like Cindy, the trainer who is actually performing the excersises with you. I also wish it didn't require all the extras like the transformer and power handles. Storage is scarce in my house and the really take up a lot of room.
All in all, it is a great workout and a really great starting point b/c every excersise is modified for beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Best Workout to Lose InchesI recently bought this system and I am SHOCKED by the results. After the first six workouts, I lost an inch off my hips & waist. Keep in mind, I'm not new to exercise and I'm within 5 pounds of my goal weight. It's an intense workout, but it's worth the effort. I'm so glad I bought it!
Great Program but DANGEROUSA couple weeks into this program, which I otherwise like a lot, the black resistance band broke suddenly while I was exercising, and nearly took out my left eye. Vision is still blurry and I hope it heals up fine but thought I'd warn others that this product has a serious flaw. I may resume with the green band but I'll be wearing racket ball eye protection. This product should not be sold, in my view, until this problem is fixed. Not to mention that the black band broke after only a couple of weeks!
Very good product, but pretty difficultI don't know if I am pushing too hard, but this thing kicks my butt.
I have only been doing it for two weeks, just alternating the upper and lower workouts (taking off two days a week randomly). I see pretty drastic changes already, especially in the wife. We are not losing weight, but seriously shaping up.
If I were coaching a tennis, soccer, baseball team, I would buy 10 of these and start off the practice with this workout...it can be found for about 20 bucks on another site.
