The Panasonic EW3109W Automatic Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is the first portable arm unit in the industry. The easy-fit cuff, designed for comfort and to assure correct and accurate use, rolls around the slim baton-style monitor for portability. The large "Easy Read" LCD display gives you digital readings on inflation with memory capabilities that can capture up to 90 readings with an averaging feature allowing you to save and track readings over time. Panasonic's Digital Filter Technology assures accurate measurement of blood pressure readings every time with sensors that isolate and detect only essential pulse oscillation, thereby eliminating noise factors which can cause unreliable measurements. The Flashing Warning System alerts you if your blood pressure reading is high or hypertensive. buy this machine first!
After my doctor told me I needed to start checking my blood pressure every day, I bought a drugstore brand monitor -- but the readings were erratic. So i took the machine back, exchanging it for yet another drugstore model -- but that one would give me error readings or readings that seemed to indicate that i was on the verge of dropping dead -- which i was pretty sure i wasn't. After returning two machines in two days, I decided to check Amazon.com and found this Panasonic model...which had received many good reviews. So...instead of running off to yet another drugstore for yet another model that didn't work, I ordered the Panasonic -- and it's great. The comfort cuff is truly comfortable, unlike the other cuffs on the returned machines, and is much easier to put around (thanks to the "com-fit" feature.") It's also quiet, doesn't seem to over-inflate on my arm...and is completely consistent in terms of readings. So -- do youself a huge favor...order this one now, kick in the extra money for expedited shipping...and save yourself the time and aggravation of buying, then having to return other models that won't be anywhere near this good or easy to use.

Easy to use small portable fits in saddlebags, totes. Slimline recorder disconnects to bring to drs' office. Man would need larger cuff.
Reads a little high I think
Easy to use. I like that it saves a history of your past 90 readings and provides an average. I do believe mine reads a few points high though, especially on the diastolic pressure. But it seems to be consistent so it serves my purpose well.

I've been using this now for several days; it arrived promptly. It performs exactly as advertised, and I feel it is a very fine product.
Excellant Home Blood Pressure Machine
Recieved my Panasonic EW 3109 Automatic Home Blood Pressure machine. My purchase & delivery with Amazon.com as always was perfect and recieved well before projected delivery date.
I have been using this machine just over a week now and am very pleased with it's performance as well as it's unique design. I sought out this design as I have been performing home blood pressure checks for over 10 years since being diagnosed with severe Hypertension.
I have purchased and gone through about a dozen monitors from Walgreen brands to Omron, which are suppose to be highly recommended. I have found these other brands to not last long and several units readings were 50 % to 75 % inaccurate to doctors office readings.
So far delighted and time will tell of it's standing up to multiple daily readings.
