I had ordered the Ultra Pill crusher along with another item. When the package arrived,
the Apex Pill Crusher was unpackaged, without instructions and looked like it might have
been returned. I contacted Amazon and they were great. They refunded my money without my having to return the item. The best part is that I went to Rite-Aid to see if they had it because I wanted to read the instructions, they did and it was in a sealed see-thru package with instructions. Besides, their price was $4.99,a $1.46 less than Apex was charging, and I had no delivery charge. Had I known Rite-Aid carried it, I never would have ordered it online.
This company deals in health related products and I think they should have a standard as to pacaging and shipping.

This is the best pill crusher-the handle is easly to grab and turn, and it crushes even the largest pills...also it is clear so you can see if there are any lumps
Works well
This pill crusher does a good job. The bottom section needs to have some kind of rubber or other covering - it digs in to the hand when turning. I just use a towel which works fine.
Amazing
I bought one of the crappy plastic ones and used it for a year and it broke and never really crushed the pills to powder, just more tiny chunks. This thing actually pulverizes the pill into fine powder. Simply great and the screws on the outside, so you don't get powder cakes into the part of the device that has threads where it crushes.

This is a wonderful product. I've never used a pill crusher before, and this one works great! It's just what I needed! It pulverizes my vitamins into a fine powder that I mix into protein shakes.
