not pretty, but practical
This desk is a little cheezy looking, but it's easy to use. Fits a small laptop and a mouse. Easy to put away. Would buy again. The suede is a very bright raspberry color.

I looked forever for a good lapdesk, and I made a great choice. This lapdesk is the perfect size for my laptop, and the light really comes in handy. Love the velvet feel of the material. Highly recommend!

It is a great product. The only drawback is the light is in the way if you have a larger screen laptop. It is very comfortable to use.There is enough room to also can use a wireless mouse

This lap desk is very cute, but not very functional. I bought it for my 5 year old daughter because she loves to draw and she will draw anywhere anytime, so I thought a lap desk would be great. I was wrong, at least where this one is concerned. The light will not stay upright without multiple attempts at repositioning and sometimes not even then. It is a source of frustration every time she wants to use the desk. It has been this way since it came out of the box, I am just not much of a return person with mail order. I feel you could do much better with a [...] spending limit in searching for a lap desk.(But, what do I know Registered Nurse with a 5 year old to raise on my own!)
