The bathseat arrived in no time at all.Easy to put together. Was just what i needed and the price was very reasonable,as checked many stores and medical suppliers.Pat Thomas
Great company, lousy chair
This chair did not work for my parents. It slid every time my mom tried to get my dad on the chair. It slid both in the tub and on the floor. I would not recommend this transfer chair. The company that we purchased the chair from was great, however. They went out of their way to help us. They even sent us new legs to try and although we had to send everything back, we appreciated the assistance the company gave us.
*Awesome*helpful*
I love the shower bench. My 10 year old daughter had hip surgery and the height is adjustable, which extremely helpful. Our old style tub is curved and not flat at the bottom. So it fits in and the suction cups keeps it in place. And the handle bar for my daughter to hold on to. Love it.
NOT HAPPY with the company EVA Medical which had the merchandise. They emailed me and said the white one was out of stock and they only had the grey one and the white one will be in, in one week, do I want to wait? I emailed back and said I will wait for the white one. The sent the grey one. What a disappointment. I am stuck with the grey one. I prefer the white one to match my bathroom.
Other wise I was happy with the product.
Bathtub transfer bench
After my spinal surgery I was renting this type of transfer bench but since it looks like my recovery will be more like a year purchasing was the best option. This bench is plenty steady, fairly easy to put together if you are familiar with a screw driver and yes when you take it out of the tub it does eat up some space. We leave it until my wife or grand children use the tub and then put it back in when finished. Our bathroom is big enough that it doesn't create any kind of problem. I have found it to be quite substantial and will certainly hold at least a 200 pound person. I believe it to be a fine value and would buy another if I needed it.
Grandmother loves it!
Grandma already has a bit of trouble getting around, but recently broke her ankle. She was deathly afraid of getting in the shower, and would try to go as long as possible without showering if she could. After getting this chair, she takes showers all the time and has no more fears! She is able to easily lift her legs over the side of the bathtub, the suction cups keep the bench very steady, and the back allows her to lean back if she needs to. The handle is reversible and it is very easy to take the bench in and out of the bathroom. This was a fantastic investment!
